I am passionate about leveraging arts and cultural initiatives to create transformative impact. With over 20 years of experience as a Managing Director, I specialize in operational strategy, development, and managing creative projects globally for both commercial and nonprofit organizations. My extensive travels and deep immersion in diverse cultural landscapes have enriched my ability to cultivate partnerships and programming that resonate with varied communities.

During my time as Director of Operations, I faced the challenge of turning a $1M budget overage into a surplus. By conducting comprehensive audits, implementing corrective measures, and leading community outreach initiatives, I successfully restored financial stability. I also cut operational costs by 50% and increased museum foot traffic by 25% through targeted community engagement. Additionally, I led fundraising campaigns, raising $500K to expand organizational reach.

My curating experience has allowed me to work with museums, galleries, festivals, and private stakeholders, where I’ve overseen exhibitions that increased attendance by 30%, managed large-scale installations, and produced an internationally recognized art festival with a 42,000 sqft footprint. Through strategic PR, targeted programming, and securing sponsorships and crowdfunding opportunities, I’ve successfully reached large audiences and maximized engagement. One of the most rewarding aspects of my work has been appraising special collections and facilitating charitable donations to academic institutions.

As an author, I’ve published two books: “Creating Profits: Artists, Galleries & Museums,” which provides actionable insights for success in the arts industry, and “Breaking Into The Art World On A Budget,” a resource adopted by art teachers and professors, and offered at $0.99 on Amazon to ensure it’s accessible to a broad audience. My passion for arts and culture is also reflected in my articles for Chic Compass Magazine, known for its engaging content on trends and cultural events.

I’m always eager to connect and collaborate with professionals and organizations who share my commitment to creativity, innovation, and cultural exploration. Whether it’s launching new projects or streamlining existing initiatives, I look forward to working together to make a significant impact.
